Indian Head Massage (Only available as an extra treatment)
Approx. 20 minutes
This technique has been practiced in India for thousands of years, originally by women who used oils and massage to condition their hair. The therapy has now been extended to include the upper back, neck, shoulder and face as well as the scalp. All of these areas are important energy centres. If you are feeling stressed, or angry, tension tends to accumulate. This tension could later show up as a stiff neck and shoulders, headache or eyestrain. Indian head massage involves working with firm and gentle rhythm to help unlock blockages and relieve this uncomfortable build-up of tension.
